Anup Soni’s year 2026 is getting special with two much awaited releases coming back to back. Shaque is releasing on September 24 and it has a strong star cast including Parineeti Chopra, Jennifer Winget, Tahir Raj Bhasin and others. Vvaan is releasing in cinemas on September 25 and it stars Sidharth Malhotra, Anup Soni, Tammana Bhatia and others.
While back-to-back releases might look exciting and easy from the outside, it takes a lot of hard work to get to that point. This meant that Anup had to work on both the projects simultaneously, juggling alternate shoots, moving back and forth between two very different worlds and characters.
Anup Soni Set For Back-To-Back Releases With Shaque And VVAAN
What is even more interesting is the complete contrast between his characters in Shaque and Vvaan. Shooting for both films together meant that Anup had to constantly switch between characters, emotions and the world of each story. One day might need him to be in one state of mind, and the next scene might require him to completely change his approach. The fact that he is able to make that shift and give both characters the attention they need shows his ability to adapt and take on roles that are completely different from each other.
Behind these two releases is a schedule filled with back-to-back and alternate shoots, long days and sleepless nights. It takes a lot of focus to leave one character behind and step into another without letting the two overlap. Anup’s ability to manage both projects while staying completely involved in each character shows the dedication that often remains unseen by the audience. What looks like two releases on consecutive days is actually the result of months of hard work, discipline and constantly changing gears.
With Shaque and Vvaan coming a day apart, Anup Soni is giving the audience two very different reasons to tune into him. More importantly, he’s showing a side of himself that audiences might not have expected. Shaque is bringing him along a talented ensemble and Vvaan is putting him in a film with Sidharth Malhotra, and both make for another exciting chapter in his journey. This year is truly Anup Soni’s year – not just because he has back-to-back releases, but because he is using both opportunities to show just how much more he has to offer. Judging by these two movies, perhaps audience aren’t ready for what he’s going to deliver next.
