“I was like, how can I be an actor? When I walk into a place, nobody notices me. I remember Sanjay Dutt and Jackie Shroff; when they walked in, you’d know someone had come. So I decided that until that happens to me, I’ll never make it,”.

The actor also adds that early on in his career he decided never to play a negative role.”When someone is going through a rough patch, they turn to a film hero to see how he handles it.” The closest he came to playing a shade of grey was in Kick though.

With Katrina and Salman on the cover, the December edition of Vogue India is unmissable.
