Sanjay Dutt announces his victory over cancer; insensitive netizens troll him brutally for quick recovery

The news of Sanjay Dutt’s cancer diagnosis had left the entire nation shocked. The actor had announced that owing to his medical condition he will be taking a break from work and return only after his treatment. The ‘Agneepath’ actor has shared this news on August 11 via his social media posts.

Earlier today, Sanjay finally shared the great news of emerging victorious from the cancer battle. The ‘Munna Bhai’ actor took to his social media handle and wrote, “The last few weeks were very difficult time for my family and me. But like they say, God gives the hardest battles to his strongest soldiers. And today, on the occasion of my kids’ birthday, I am happy to come out victorious from this battle and be able to give them the best gift I can–the health and well-being of our family.” Sanjay further thanked his fans and followers for their prayers and the doctors for taking care of him.

While the actor’s post made his fans rejoice. However, there’s a section of netizens who couldn’t fathom the fact that Sanjay was able to recover from cancer so quickly. While the actor or his family never revealed the kind of cancer he was diagnosed with, however reports were doing the rounds that he was apparently suffering from stage 4 cancer.

Now the netizens are feeling that there’s something fishy and some of the users even think that this was a part of a gimmick to promote ‘Sadak 2’. “#SanjayDutt how come 4th stage cancer cured within 2 months and he didn’t went to abroad.. something fishy,” commented a user, whereas another one wrote, “After the failed attempt of promoting Sadak 2 now Baba gets back to promote another one!!! #Bollywood #sanjaydutt #Sadak(sic).”

Meanwhile, post his recovery, Sanjay is expected to resume work for ‘KGF’ Chapter 2.
