Sonu Sood has been at the forefront to help fight the Covid-19 pandemic. He is has come to be called the messiah of the nation with his unimaginable efforts in helping out victims and frontline warriors. The oxygen crisis for the covid-19 patients has become a huge roadblock but Sonu had decided to overcome that. So when his Oxygen Concentrators got stuck in China, Sonu made sure to inform the Chinese Ambassador in India Sun Weidong.

Sonu took to his Twitter and wrote, “We are trying to get hundreds of oxygen concentrators to India. It’s sad to say that China has blocked lots of our consignments and here in India we are losing lives every minute. I request @China_Amb_India @MFA_China to help us get our consignments cleared so we can save lives??”

The Chinese Ambassador in India, Sun Weidong, who was tagged in Sonu’s tweet replied saying, “@SonuSood
Noted your twitter info. Mr. Sood. China will do its utmost to support India fighting Covid-19. To my knowledge,freight air routes from China to India are operating normally. The past two weeks have witnessed 61 freight flights from China to India in operation.” He further wrote, “We’ve provided convenience in customs clearance&transportation for India to transport medical supplies from cities in China. Will continue to ensure smooth functioning of export channel of materials to India.”

Sonu was grateful for Weidong’s prompt response, the actor wrote back, “Thanks for the promt response sir. I am in touch with your office to solve the problems. Appreciate your concern. Warm regards.”

Well, it is a relief that the needful will be done as soon as possible and once again Sonu will be able to rescue as many as possible.
