Varun Dhawan Madhuri Dixit dance

Varun Dhawan is a ball of energy and fire, and one of the most jovial stars of the current generation. On the other hand, Madhuri Dixit is the diva full of grace and poise, with dance moves that can give a younger generation run for their money. So, what happened when past met present and grooved on a recreated version of the original song. MAGIC!

Yes. Last night was the night of Screen Awards, the first awards of the season, and while Varun set the stage on fire with his performance, the one moment which actual had everyone holding their breath was when Madhuri joined him, on the rendition of ‘Tamma Tamma’. Well, well, this was amazing in the truest of senses.

This year was a year of recreated songs as many classics were given a modern twist. However, amongst the most successful ones was ‘Tamma Tamma Again’ of Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt-starrer ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’. The song was originally from the movie ‘Thanedaar’ and was picturised on Sanjay Dutt and Madhuri Dixit. The newer version too received much love. Even Madhuri extended her love and luck.

We are definitely grooving to the number and now just cannot wait for the television telecast of the awards for this magical performance on ‘Tamma Tamma Again’.

Varun even bagged the award for the Best Actor in Comic Role for ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ at Screen.

On work front, he will next be seen in Shoojit Sircar’s ‘October’, where he will be seen alongside newbie Banita Sandhu.
