When Kareena Kapoor Khan refused to kiss co-star Ajay Devgn

Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan is quite professional regarding her onscreen characters. But as per a recent report in a popular magazine, the diva had refused to kiss her co-star Ajay Devgn for an intimate scene in 2013 film ‘Satyagraha’. The reason behind her not kissing Ajay was Saif Ali Khan.

As per a report in Cosmopolitan, Kareena Kapoor Khan refused to kiss her co-star Ajay Devgn leaving the director Prakash Jha stunned. Bebo, who had kissed her onscreen stars like Akshay Kumar, Shahid Kapoor, and Fardeen Khan wasn’t comfortable doing it anymore after marrying Saif Ali Khan.

Kareena and Saif openly said that they will incorporate a no-kissing clause in their contracts after marriage, but Bebo broke the clause in 2016 when she did a kissing scene with Arjun Kapoor in ‘Ki and Ka’.

Shedding light on why she backed out from her on words of never kissing on screen, the actress in one of her interviews said, “When Saif and I got married there was a slight possessiveness and we decided let’s not do some things on screen now that we are married and yes, kissing was one of them. That happens, I think, with most newly married couples. A few years later down the line, our outlook to life changes too. So, if we said something then, we believed in it, today that has changed. ”

This news of Kareena refusing to kiss Ajay Devgn is yet to be confirmed by Bebo and Devgn.

On the work front, Kareena Kapoor Khan is currently shooting for her upcoming film ‘Good News’. The movie stars Akshay Kumar, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani in important roles. It is slated to hit the screens on September 6, 2019. She also has Karan Johar’s ‘Takht’ co-starring Ranveer Singh, Anil Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Janhvi Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Bhumi Pednekar.
