Saiyaara Box Office (Overseas): Mohit Suri-YRF’s Romantic Drama Emerges As Bollywood’s Highest Grossing Film Of 2025 In 12 Days

The Highest Grossing Love Story in the History of Indian Cinema, Saiyaara, recorded another huge feat today by becoming the biggest Hindi film of 2025 in overseas markets in just 12 days! It has currently collected $10.8M!

In its 2nd weekend since release, Indian film Saiyaara scored almost $4M weekend in overseas markets (outside India), up 100% from its almost $2M weekend in the first weekend.

During this weekend of 25th-27th July, in major markets like UAE, North America, UK, Australia the film went ahead of Warner Brothers’ massive release “Superman” in terms of Per Theatre Average (PTA), trailing only behind Disney’s “Fantastic 4” that opened this weekend, and emerging as #2 film in terms of (PTA – per theatre average) amongst film that were available Nationwide this past weekend.

In the UAE, the biggest market for movies in the Middle East, Saiyaara in its second weekend did the unthinkable by going ahead of even the newly released Disney film Fantastic 4, in terms of total admissions for the weekend. In India, Saiyaara is on a record-breaking run as it has hit 270.75 crore in just 12 days with incredible hold in collections despite raking in massive numbers already.

About Saiyaara

Directed by Mohit Suri, Saiyaara stars Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda in lead roles. With an album comprising 7 songs, the film follows Krish Kapoor, a troubled musician and the deep connection he forms with Krish Vaaani Batra – a shy poet. The film, produced by Yash Raj Films, is loosely based on the 2004 Korean film A Moment To Remember. Released on July 18, the film received positive reviews from critics and the audience alike.
