Aditya Thakare On Nepotism Debate

Aditya believes it’s easier today to get opportunities through hard work and skill, even in big production houses. Referring to his journey, he shared with Bollywood Bubble, “Honestly, I feel I’m too new to comment deeply, but I will say this: if Dharma can cast someone like me in my very first film, it says a lot about how times are changing. Talent is finding its space, no matter where it comes from.”

Aditya’s statement highlights a shift in the industry, where deserving newcomers are finding space despite the long-standing influence of star families.
