Despite being at an early stage in her career, she has handled several emotionally demanding moments on screen with confidence. During a recent interaction with Bollywood Bubble, Ishita got candid about the kind of roles she would love to play in the future. Read on to know her answer.

Ishita Dixit Reveals The Kind Of Projects She Wants To Star In

When asked about the type of shows or cinema she would like to do in the future, Ishita Dixit didn’t hold when sharing her hopes. She stated than rather than chasing a particular genre, she wants to experience as many different characters as possible as – according to her, acting gives her the freedom to step outside her everyday personality. She described herself as someone who can be both outgoing and reserved depending on the situation.

She shared, “In real life, I’m an ambivert. There are days when I’m very comfortable around people and there are days when I become quiet and self-conscious.” She continued, “When I play a character, I get to become someone completely different. That’s the part I enjoy the most. It allows me to experience lives and personalities that are very different from my own.”

When asked if there are any specific roles on her wish list, Ishita said she is open to almost everything. She mentioned that she admires powerful characters and would love to take on challenging parts in the future. She shared, “I’d love to do a role like the one Alia Bhatt played in Gangubai Kathiawadi. I would also like to play a police officer or an advocate someday.”

For Ishita, every new character is an opportunity to learn something new. And if her enthusiasm is anything to go by, viewers can expect to see her experiment with many different shades in the years ahead.
