EXCLUSIVE: Is Mrunal Thakur teaming up with Allu Arjun for a film? Actress reveals

Mrunal Thakur has had quite an inspiring journey in showbiz. After making a mark for herself on the small screen, the actress moved to the 70 mm. She started with small but poignant roles and today has become one of the most sought-after leading ladies. Her stint down South has been much more impressive. She gave a success with Dulquer Salmaan co-starrer Sita Ramam in 2022 and then she closed 2023 with another beautiful performance with Nani in Hi Nanna. Now, seems like Mrunal Thakur will next be seen with Allu Arjun, and the actress spilled the beans on the same.

Recently, Allu had come out on social media to praise Mrunal’s performance in Hi Nanna. In our exclusive conversation with Bollywood Bubble, we asked the actress if there is a manifestation of a film with him. To which, she had quite an exciting reply.

Mrunal said, “I think there’s already in the news that I am doing some film with him. That’s unfortunately not confirmed. I mean I haven’t received any query like that. But I think these fans are the ones who put all these combinations like this actor and this actress would look really nice together and then they start manifesting, then it starts happening. So yeah, let’s manifest. He’s fantastic performer, I’m looking forward. Pushpa 2 ka wo ek poster dekh ke hi sab hil gaye hain, imagine what the film is going to be like. (Just a poster of Pushpa 2 has created a storm, imagine what the film is going to be like).”

Allu praised Mrunal’s performance

The South actor had posted on his social media an appreciation for the Hi Nanna team. For Mrunal, he had written, “Dear Mrunal. Your sweetness is haunting on the screen. It’s Beautiful like you.” When asked about it, Mrunal gushed, “To have received compliments from him really means the world to me because I really look up to his performances. And I like how he would just add to the character.”

Mrunal is already working on her third South film titled Family Star with Vijay Deverakonda. And seems like a film with Allu Arjun will be her fourth one down there. Just like the actress, we are also manifesting the same.
