She said, “I feel when you have an actor who brings his all every day to the set, it just makes you and pushes you to give your best every day. That is what Anil sir does. He is so passionate and grounded and comes in with so much of energy that everybody on the set, from a spot boy to an actor, they just are there present with him, giving their all. And that is the power that he has as an actor, that he brings to the set every day. So yes, it just makes my job really easy because acting is just reacting, and I just get to react to a person who’s giving his all.”

Radhikka Madan On What She Learned From Anil Kapoor

She further reflected on the veteran actor’s extraordinary career and explained how observing him during the shoot offered valuable lessons about staying curious and hungry as an artist.

Radhikka said, “I think the one thing that I learned from him was never to stop being a child, keep the child alive in you, never stop being a student. He is the youngest on the set. He still gives his all to everything that he does. I’ve seen him do the action by himself. I’ve seen him give cues to every single actor on the set. He just is something else, and it’s so inspiring to see that.”

The Angrezi Medium actress added, “He still has so much of hunger inside him, so much of fire inside him to prove to people who he is and what all he can bring. And I thought that at this age, maybe he will be a little relaxed. He will be a little satisfied with whatever he has achieved. But no, that hunger, that drive is still alive. And that is something that is really inspiring for me, and that is something that I would want to keep with me for life.”

For Radhikka, the experience of working alongside Anil Kapoor in Subedaar proved both inspiring and educational. Watching a veteran actor maintain such passion and discipline reinforced the importance of continuous growth, something she hopes to carry forward throughout her own journey in the industry.
