EXCLUSIVE: Vahbiz Dorabjee ADMITS To Dealing With Societal Pressure After Divorce From Ex-Husband Vivian Dsena; Says, “Jab Aap Apni Sachchai Khud Jaante Ho…”

Vahbiz Dorabjee is a TV personality who rose to fame after the serial Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani. She became a household name after Saraswatichandra and Bahu Hamari Rajni Kant. In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, Vahbiz Dorabjee reacted to facing societal pressure after her separation from ex-husband Vivian Dsena. She said no matter who it is, a man, woman, divorcee, single, there is constant scrutiny.

When asked about the societal pressure she faced after separation from ex-husband Vivian Dsena, Vahbiz Dorabjee said, “Well, deal toh karna hi padta hai, like it’s not like I’m the only woman jiske saath yeh sab ho raha hai. But I think woh aapke upar hai, aap kaise deal karte ho? Jab aap apni sachchai khudh jaante ho toh aap kyun pressure loge? Jab aap jhooth bol rahe ho, tab aap darte ho. When you’re truthful, and secondly, society bohot saari cheezon mein pressure deti hai, whether it is to do with women, men, looks, divorcee, single, shaadi nahi ki, so woh to ek constant circle hi hai.”

She added, “But I think it’s up to you whether you want to take that pressure or you want to live your truth. The main thing that I believe in is: Own up to your truth. Like jab aapko pata hai ki aapki kya sachchai hai, to that’s all that matters, right? Like I cannot be sitting here and putting myself into depression. Apna mindset kharab karun, because koi anjaan log jo mujhe jaante bhi nahi, mere upar judgement denge. So don’t judge and don’t be judged, also.”

Vivian Dsena and Vahbiz Dorabjee met on the sets of the TV show Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani, fell in love, and got married in 2013. However, they separated in 2016, and their divorce was finalised in 2021. Following the divorce, Vivian married Egyptian journalist Nouran Aly in 2022. He has a daughter, and he has also embraced her two daughters from her previous marriage. As reported, he had converted to Islam in 2019. Meanwhile, Vahbiz remains single and has openly expressed her desire to find a life partner and start a family. She hopes to find someone who can also be her best friend.
