‘Dabangg’:

‘Dabangg’ has to be Sonakshi Sinha’s most memorable performance. It was her debut film and she instantly proved her class. Sonakshi managed to hold her own against Salman Khan and that is no mean achievement. Sona’s famous dialogue, “Thappad Se Darr Nahi Lagta, Pyaar Se Lagta Hai” has become a stuff of legends.

‘Lootera’:

Sonakshi Sinha and Ranveer Singh starrer ‘Lootera’ might not have done great business at the box-office, but it was a craftily made film. Sonakshi totally mesmerised audiences and critics with her performance. And her chemistry with Ranveer was serene and magnificent.

‘R… Rajkumar’:

Sonakshi Sinha as Chanda is at her fiery best and her chemistry with Shahid Kapoor is quite awesome. The diva has always given due respect to the script and likes to challenge herself and is totally a director’s actor. The song ‘Gandi Baat’ saw Sonakshi at her sensual best and it was an outstanding melody.

‘Akira’:

Sona comes across as quite subdued and respected off the screen, but in ‘Akira’, she broke that stereotype. Sonakshi took the bull by the horns and discovered a new style of her acting. The actress once again proved that she is not afraid of challenges and will not rest on her laurels.

‘Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi’:

This performance of Sonakshi was simply stunning as she was playing a light-hearted character. The diva is quite a jovial personality and ‘Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi’ totally summed up her life. The film was a sequel to ‘Happy Bhag Jayegi’ and Sonakshi did a marvelous job.
