Karan Johar to launch Baahubali aka Prabhas in Bollywood?

With a few days to go before the second chapter of ‘Baahubali’ franchise hits theatres, the frenzy has reached another height. And if rumours are anything to go by, then director-producer Karan Johar will soon launch Amarendra Baahubali aka Prabhas in Bollywood!

For those uninitiated, ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’ was the first ever dubbed Hindi film that grossed over 100-crore at box office. It was surely a smart move of Karan Johar to buy distribution rights of the sequel’s Hindi version.

Although not a Bollywood actor, Prabhas already has a Pan-India presence, thanks to the epic saga. If launched in Bollywood, he is sure to give tough competition to many a superstars.

“Karan has been encouraging Rajamouli to do a Hindi film after ‘Baahubali’. They will team up to launch Prabhas in Bollywood,” a source told DNA, regarding the same.

‘Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion’, that releases on April 28, will reveal the much-speculated mystery. After all, why did Katappa kill Baahubali?
