Breaking: SRK-Rohit Shetty to produce ‘Marathi Films’

Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan is once again joining hands with his ‘Chennai Express’director Rohit Shetty. The two are now coming together for a Marathi movie. The other exciting news regarding the film is that it will be directed by ‘Duniyadari’ filmmaker Sanjay Jadhav. News is that the three have already started work on the project.

Sources said, The title of the movie as yet has not been decided. But the announcement will be made shortly by Shetty’s production house. Sanjay and Rohit’s association goes back a long way as the Marathi filmmaker has worked with Shetty in many of his Hindi films as cinematographer.

Marathi Film Industry is truly getting a much needed boost this year. What with Nana Patekar announcing his film first home-production ‘Natasamrat’ in collaboration with actor-director Mahesh Manjrekar. Umesh Kulkarni’s upcoming film ‘Highway’ will have Bollywood actresses Tisca Chopra and Huma Qureshi debuting in Marathi cinema. Now the badshah of Bollywood Sahhrukh Khan and 100 crore director Rohit Shetty too stepping in with their collaboration.
