Salman Khan, Kabir Khan Tubelight

Superstar Salman Khan is currently shooting for his upcoming Kabir Khan directorial ‘Tubelight’ in Manali. The team has moved to the hill station after wrapping up the first schedule of the movie in Leh-Ladakh some time back. But looks like the shoot of the movie has landed into trouble here.

Yes, the makers of the upcoming release that is based on the 1965 Sino-Indian war, had built a set at the height 12000 feet above sea level. But things did not turn up as expected. The director Kabir Khan tweeted, “We built a set 12000 feet high in the mountains. But when we went to shoot this is what happened #Living in clouds.”

The second schedule of the film was to be shot in the beautiful Kashmir valley, but due to some delays, the team decided to shift the base to Manali. But looks like due to the set which is wrapped with clouds, the team will have to stop the work till the weather clears up and they can resume the work.

‘Tubelight’ is Kabir Khan and Salman Khan’s third collaboration after ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’. Both the films had turned out to be money spinners. Hopes are high with the third venture that is a love story based on the background of war. The movie stars Chinese actress Zhu Zhu as the female lead.

Hope the weather clears up soon as Salmaniacs are eager to see their Bhai in the garb of a soldier on the big screen soon.
