Twinkle Khanna slams a daily in her humorous style for false report about ‘PadMan’

Twinkle Khanna will be turning a producer with the film ‘PadMan’ which stars her husband Akshay Kumar in the lead role. A leading daily reported that the actress-turned-producer is facing issues with the team of the film because of the budget.

A source has been quoted in the daily, “Twinkle has maintained a dignified silence on the complete failure of her production team, which clearly couldn’t keep the budget in check. Because of that she now owes a sizeable sum of money to the creditors. In fact, the team isn’t happy about Twinkle trying her hands in production either.”

However, this report has turned out to be untrue. Twinkle took to Twitter to slam the daily in her humorous style. She tweeted, “When you write fiction-do go all out-add in your imaginary’exclusive’ that I also had to sell my mangalsutra and Padman is based on Putin:)” [sic]
