Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan are the Jai and Veeru of Bollywood. The off screen besties never miss a chance to shower love on each other. They have also worked together in a number of blockbuster hits the most recent being Pathaan. But not many know that Salman Khan had once thought he had fatally injured his good friend SRK.

Salman Khan fatally injured Shah Rukh Khan

Salman Khan who was recently seen on Aap Ki Adalat opened up on a prank on the sets of Karan Arjun. The actor confessed that he was playing with a blank gun and shot SRK for fun. But the latter ended up falling down.

The Bajrangi Bhaijaan said, “I got a blank gun from action director Bhiku Verma. I told Shah Rukh, I’ll call you for dance, you refuse, then we will engage in scuffle, and here’s a blank gun. I will fire a shot and you will fall down. Then I called him and Shah Rukh Khan refused. ‘I am very tired’, he told me.”

Further, he continued, “My brother Sohail was there. I pulled Shah Rukh’s hand, and he snatched it away. He pushed me, so, I pushed him, and a scuffle ensued. I took out the gun and fired a shot at him. Shah Rukh did a somersault and fell down.”

The incident left everyone on the sets in shock. Salman recalled how some of them even wanted to escape thinking that SRK was actually injured. I said, ‘Shah Rukh Uth, Shah Rukh Uth (Shah Rukh wake-up)’ we are doing a drama. When he didn’t wake up, Sohail and Bhiku Da panicked. Suddenly Shah Rukh started snoring. So, the Pathaan was alive and everybody started laughing. I think he is the best perform of the industry.”

On the work front, Salman Khan wil next be seen in Tiger 3. The Maneesh Sharma directorial also features Katrina Kaif as female lead. The movie is set to release in November this year.

SRK will be seen in Atlee’s Jawan with Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi. He also has Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki co-starring Taapsee Pannu in his kitty.
