RRR: Ram Charan enjoys dinner with fans in Japan; Jr NTR joins ahead of the film’s premiere

SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR went on to break records at the box office. The period drama featuring Ram Charan and Jr NTR in leading roles won accolades not only in India but overseas too. Now the movie is all set to premiere in Japan on October 21. Superstar Ram Charan had earlier left for the Land Of The Rising Sun with his wife Upasana Kamineni Konidela. Now Jr NTR was spotted with his sons leaving for the same.

Mega Powerstar Jr. NTR also travelled to Japan with his sons on Tuesday to join Ram Charan and SS Rajamouli in their promotions. He was looking dapper in a leather jacket and denim.

Ram Charan is busy promoting the movie in Japan. He and his wife had dinner with fans at a Japanese restaurant there. On Tuesday night, Upasana shared the photo on her Instagram Stories.

Fans of RRR were disappointed as SS Rajamouli’s directorial was not selected as India’s official entry for Oscars 2023. However, last week, the makers applied RRR in 14 categories under the FYC (For Your Consideration) campaign

The story of RRR is set against two real-life historical figures, Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem, played by Ram Charan and Jr NTR respectively. The movie also featured Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt in pivotal roles. The SS Rajamouli directorial was released on March 25th of this year in four languages, including Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam. It went on to mint at the box office worldwide.
