Sanjay Dutt dismisses reports of getting injured on the sets of KD The Devil: ‘By God’s grace, I am fine’

It was recently reported that Sanjay Dutt got injured while shooting a bomb explosion scene on the sets of his upcoming movie KD. Reports also suggested that this incident led to the shoot being stopped. However, Sanjay has rubbished reports of getting hurt on the sets of KD The Devil. The actor took to his Twitter and assured fans that he is fine. Sanjay Dutt also called the reports of getting injured ‘baseless’.

There are reports of me getting injured. I want to reassure everyone that they are completely baseless. By God’s grace, I am fine & healthy. I am shooting for the film KD & the team’s been extra careful while filming my scenes. Thank you everyone for reaching out & your concern.

Fans who were worried showered best wishes on him. While one wrote, “Be safe Sanju sir ji.” Another fan commented, “Baba stay safe stay blessed.” Another fan tweeted, “Love you Baba… Stay blessed always.”

For the uninitiated, it was reported yesterday that Sanjay suffered injuries on his elbow, hand, and face while shooting a scene on the sets of KD The Devil. Following the incident, the shoot was immediately stopped.

Talking about the upcoming pan-India movie, KD The Devil also stars Dhruva Sarja, V Ravichandra and Shilpa Shetty Kundra. The makers have already unveiled Dhruva and Shilpa’s looks from the movie. Sanjay’s look is yet to be revealed.

Earlier, during the launch of the Hindi title teaser of KD – The Devil, Sanjay had opened up about the upcoming movie.  The actor had said, “I worked in KGF and now I am working with director Prem in KD – The Devil. I am really looking forward to it and I wish the team all the best. I also feel that I am going to work more in South Indian films.”
