Shruti Haasan and Adivi Sesh team up for a MEGA pan-India action drama, details inside

The fans are up for a delight with the year coming to an end as Major actor Adivi Sesh and Shruti Haasan are teaming up for the first time to star in a pan-India action drama. Yes, you read that right! Adivi Sesh is an actor very well known for the movie ‘Major’. On the other hand, the audience have witnessed the magic of Shruti Haasan in movies like Ramaiya Vastavaiya, Gabbar Is Back and many more. Now, the two are collaborating to leave the audience amazed yet again. Well, this announcement is up at the right time as the festival of Christmas inches closer!

Adivi Sesh and Shruti Haasan team up for pan-India action drama

Now that it is known that Adivi and Shruti will be seen together for the first time in an action spectacle, the audience will have to wait a bit more to know the title of this movie. However, this movie will mark Adivi Sesh’s second straight Hindi film outing after his 2022 acclaimed blockbuster biopic Major. The movies had featured him as Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan.

To carefully guard crucial details of the project but tease what is in store just enough, the makers plan to drop several assets of the film–including character posters and title reveal–in the coming days to introduce the audience to the world of the much-awaited film.

This upcoming actioner will be produced by Supriya Yarlagadda, presented by Annapurna Studios. Additionally, it will mark the feature directorial debut of Shaneil Deo. Previously, Shaneil has served as the Director of Photography for several Telugu blockbusters. It includes ‘Kshanam’ and ‘Goodachari’, which were headlined by Adivi Sesh. Moreover, he also directed the acclaimed coming of age short, ‘Layla’, that was officially selected for the Cannes Film Festival.

In a statement, the makers have confirmed that, “Every frame, dialogue and scene of the film is being shot separately in Hindi as well as in Telugu. It is being treated differently according to the cultural nuances of each language.”

The film is co-produced by Suniel Narang, with Adivi Sesh and Shaneil Deo also sharing story and screenplay credits. Currently, the details of the upcoming project has been kept under wraps, but will be unveiled very soon.
