When Taapsee Pannu and Saqib Saleem bonded for music video

Actress Taapsee Pannu, who starred with actor Saqib Saleem in the latest T-Series music video “Tum ho toh lagta hai”, says it was the first time they had a conversation beyond “hi and bye”.

“It was so strange and funny that our director Aleya felt we knew each other well since quite sometime before we worked on the video. In real, the music video was the first time me and Saqib had a conversation beyond hi and bye,” Taapsee said in a statement.

The actress is elated that her chemistry with Saqib worked for the video’s director.

“Much credit goes to the fact that we both hail from the same city so it’s quite easy to have a conversation,” she added.

Taapsee will next be seen sharing screen space with megastar Amitabh Bachchan in the upcoming thriller ‘Pink’.
