Ankita Lokhande takes a break from social media; says, ‘It’s not a goodbye’

Ankita Lokhande is an avid social media user, so when she announced her sabbatical via a cryptic post, it left her fans and followers worried. Yes, the actress in her recent Instagram post has announced a break from social media. Though she hasn’t specified why she is taking a break, but fans were quick to connect it with Sushant Singh Rajput’s death anniversary which happens to be on June 14.

The Pavitra Rishta actress shared a cryptic post that reads, “It’s not a goodbye, it’s a see you later.” Alongside the post, she used a waving hand emoji. You can check her post below:

The actress’ fans were quick to notice that Ankita’s announcement came exactly on the same day when Sushant had shared his last post on Instagram.”Exactly A year before…SSR posted his last post on Instagram ❤️I hope u post that same story in ur insta(sic),” commented a user on Ankita’s post.

Earlier this week, Ankita celebrated 12 years of her debut show Pavitra Rishta. During an interaction with fans, she had revealed how Sushant had taught her acting during the filming of the show.

In his last post on Instagram, Sushant had shared a picture of his late mother. “Blurred past evaporating from teardrops, Unending dreams carving an arc of smile, And a fleeting life, negotiating between the two… Ma,” he had captioned it.

Sushant was found dead in his Mumbai apartment on June 14, 2020. CBI is still investigating his death case.
