Anupamaa actor Nitesh Pandey passes away due to cardiac arrest

TV industry is going through a difficult time. After Aditya Singh Rajput, Nitesh Pandey is no more. Anupamaa actor Nitesh Pandey passed away due to cardiac arrest. He was 51. The Anupamaa actor was in Igatpuri at the time of his death.

Nitesh’s brother-in-law Siddharth Nagar confirmed the news of his sudden demise. Speaking with ETimes, Nitesh’s brother-in-law said, “My brother-in-law is no more, my sister Arpita Pandey is in state of shock. Nitesh’s father has left for Igatpuri to get his mortal remains. They should be here by afternoon. We have gone absolutely numb, I have not been able to talk to even Arpita after the tragedy.”

He added, “I am headed to Igatpuri as well, I am in the train right now. I was coming back from Delhi when I heard about this. Nitesh was much younger than me. He was a very lively person and I don’t think he had history of any heart ailment.”

Late actor Nitesh Pandey’s TV shows and filmography

Nitesh was one of the popular actors in the industry. He got his first acting opportunity in a show called Tejas. He played the role of a detective. He later went on to work in serials like Manzilein Apani Apani, Astitva… Ek Prem Kahani, Saaya, Justajoo, Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara, Kuch Toh Log Kahenge, Maharaj Ki Jao Ho! and Durgesh Nandini.

Apart from TV shows, he was also a part of films including Om Shanti Om, Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai, Dabangg 2, and Khosla Ka Ghosla. He was last seen in the hit TV show Anupamaa.

On the other hand, Aditya Singh Rajput was recently found dead in his bathroom at his Andheri residence. Aditya was popularly known for Splitsvilla 9 and Ajay Devgn and Kajol starrer U Me Aur Hum.
