Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya has never been the one to mince her words. The actress has always managed to voice her opinions and has been seen schooling trolls targeting her unnecessarily. Not just that she also responds to sweet comments with hearts keeping her fans engaged. Well, there is a reason why she continues to rule the industry. Recently, when Divyanka posted a snippet from her show focusing on the need to curb violence against women, a troll targeted and judged her for not wearing a ‘dupatta’.

Reacting to it gracefully, “tumhari teekhi zubaan aur ghinoni aankhon pe chunni dalegi to kisi aurat ko chunni ki zarurat nahi hogi. Khud ko, aur apne doston ko sudhaaro…. duniya behtar ho jayegi. Agyaani! (sic) (No women would need to hide herself behind a dupatta if people like you can control their mouth and not look at women with wrong intentions),” Divyanka wrote. The actress has always raised her voice against issues related to women and has been a driving force in advocating for women empowerment.

This is not the first time Divyanka has responded to trolls in the most polite way. Earlier too, when she got targeted for writing about Mumbai potholes, she had given it back appropriately.

Divyanka is currently seen hosting a crime based show. She was last seen in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein where she played the iconic Ishita Bhalla. The show also starred Karan Patel in the lead role opposite her. Divyanka is looking forward to begin shooting the second season of her show Coldd Lassi Aur Chicken Masala where she is paired alongside Rajeev Khandelwal.
