A few days ago, Rubina Dilaik had announced that she has recovered 70% from COVID 19. She shared that she’s feeling good, and is working to bounce back to her normal self. Now, Rubina Dilaik has revealed what helped her pace up her recovery process during COVID 19. Yes! The actress shared the practices that she followed on her road to recovery in a positive video on Instagram.

“I quarantined for more than 19 days. But, these are five things I did to help me speed up my recovery. Most important is to listen to your favourite music and be happy,” wrote Rubina with a video showing her daily routine during COVID 19.

The first thing that the Shakti actress did was that she ‘Ate Healthy,’ which was followed by ‘Staying Hydrated.’ She also showed the two flasks that she carried with her every time. Her third step was to ‘Practice Yoga,’ wherein she did meditation. Next, she took her prescribed ‘medications on time’ which is a crucial step while battling COVID. Last, but most important, Rubina swore to ‘listening to music.”

Well, Rubina’s video has sent optimistic vibes all around, and she has motivated many with her positive energy. Staying positive, following a proper routine and doing simple activities make one feel better during these testing times, and this is what Rubina Dilaik did.

The actress’ fans are happy that she is slowly and steadily getting better. Now, they’re waiting for her to announce that her test results have come negative. Meanwhile, is also missing her husband Abhinav Shukla, who is currently in Cape Town, shooting for Khatron Ke Khiladi 11. On the work front, Rubina reprised her role as Saumya on Shakti — Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki. The actress returned to the show after winning the trophy of Bigg Boss 14.
