‘Mulk’ Trailer: It’s all about terrorism, patriotism and justice

The trailer of Rishi Kapoor and Taapsee Pannu‘s ‘Mulk’ is here. In the film, Taapsee plays a lawyer, Aarti Mohammed whereas Rishi essays the role of her client, Murad Ali Mohammed.

‘Mulk’ trailer opens with a terrorist blast and moves to Prateik Babbar being shown as the suspect. Rishi is the head of Babbar’s family and is doing his best to convince Prateik to get back on the right path. In the next shot, he is heard claiming, “Mai wapas nahi aa sakta. Mai ladai pe nikla hun majhab ki.”

At the end of the trailer, Rishi Kapoor is heard saying, “Ye ghar mera bhi utna hi hai jitna aapka hai. Aur agar aap meri daadhi aur Osama Bin Laden ki daadhi mein fark nahi kar sakte to bhi mujhe haq hai meri sunnat nibhaane ka!”

Directed by Anubhav Sinha, the film also stars Rajat Kapoor, Manoj Pahwa, and Neena Gupta in lead roles. The film is presented by Kamal Mukut and Soham Rockstar Entertainment and is slated to hit the theatres on August 3.
