‘ABC3D’: Shraddha Kapoor to step into Katrina Kaif’s shoes for Varun Dhawan starrer?

News of Varun Dhawan and Katrina Kaif coming together for Remo D’Souza’s dance film was welcomed with joy by fans. But they were in for a disappointment when news broke that the beauty has opted out of ‘ABC3D’ due to date issues. Katrina Kaif had to back out from the film as her dates were clashing with Salman Khan starrer ‘Bharat’. Post her exit, the producers were looking for a suitable replacement.

As reported by sources to Mid-Day, Jacqueline Fernandez, Kriti Sanon and many others were being considered as a replacement to Katrina Kaif in the movie. However, Shraddha Kapoor (who has earlier worked with Varun Dhawan in ‘ABCD’ franchise) is winning the race to replace Katrina Kaif in the movie.

Sources further added that ‘ABC3D’ will hold no connection to the second ABCD film and will be an entirely new story.

The source revealed, “The first schedule starts in Amritsar on January 22, and then, we move to London in February. Then there’s another leg in Mumbai in July. The makers are eyeing a November 8, 2019, release for it.”
