Are Katrina and Hrithik coming together on the big screen again?

We last saw Hrithik Roshan on big screens this year in ‘Kaabil’ where he played to perfection the role of a visually impaired lover avenging the death of his wife. Since then, we have been hearing of his next project being ‘Krrish 4’. However, there is a new angle now. If reports are to be believed, then the actor is set for yet another project, and this time, he would be uniting with his ‘Bang Bang’ co-star Katrina Kaif.

Katrina’s last few outings in Bollywood have not been so good lately, including the disaster that ‘Baar Baar Dekho’ proved to be. However, the lady has her hands full, with the unnamed Aanand L Rai movie with Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma, ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ with Salman Khan, and ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’ with Aamir Khan. Without much delay, let us reveal to you what’s the buzz about. If reports are to be believed, then the two will be reuniting for a biopic on Super 30 founder, Anand Kumar, which will be helmed by ‘Queen’ and ‘Shaandaar’ fame Vikas Bahl.

What fuelled the rumours was the Facebook posts of Anand Kumar himself, one each with Hrithik and Katrina.

Does that mean one of our favourite Bollywood jodis will be reuniting? Keeping our fingers crossed for the same. It would be interesting to watch Kumar’s rich life unfold on the big screens, and with a master helmer like Bahl behind the camera and actors like Hrithik and Katrina, this one is going to be a sureshot hit formula.

Hrithik and Katrina had come together for the first time in 2011 movie ‘Zindagi Naa Milegi Dobaara’, where there was an ensemble cast. But their first stand alone movie was ‘Bang Bang’ in which they had set the screens on fire with their scorching chemistry. The movie was a remake of Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz-starrer ‘Knight and Day’ and in no way did our Bollywood superstars seemed undermined by their Hollywood counterparts.

We are expecting this rumour of them coming together on big screens to be true.
