Actor Sanjay Dutt, whose life was brought forward in the form of a film recently, has been married thrice in his life. Even though the film did not focus much on his marriages and love affairs, let us tell you that it was in the year 1987 that Sanjay married his first wife, Richa Sharma. After their divorce in 2008, Sanjay later tied a knot with model Rhea Pillai in the year 1998.
Sanjay and Rhea too separated in 2005, which is when Maanayata came into Dutt’s life in 2008. While we saw Dia Mirza play Maanayata in the film, his first two wives were ignored completely.

And it was recently that Rhea Pillai, Sanjay’s second wife reacted to ‘Sanju’. According to a web portal quoted, ”Rhea played a pivotal role in Sanju’s life and was there for him during the 1993 Blast Case and she was shocked after watching the film that her role has not been in the film Sanju.”
A leading daily reports how Rhea first met Sanjay at his lawyer, Mahesh Jethmalani’s office, while he was out on bail. She was a spiritually inclined person who worked as an instructor for Art of Living. In Usmaan’s book too, it is written that Rhea was with Sanju at the time of need and had supported him with every ounce of her life.
Which is the reason why it came as quite a shock to Rhea that her angle wasn’t at all included in the film.
Speaking of the film, ‘Sanju’has emerged as the biggest opener of 2018 and is being loved by audience and critics alike.
