Yesterday, the trailer of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif-starrer ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ was released online. It immediately started trending on top and had the viewers go berserk, especially Salman’s huge fan base. Also, in a span of just 24 hours, the trailer has smashed every record possible and registered 29 million views (YouTube + Facebook). Salman’s aura and charm has once again worked and we are pretty much sure that the audiences are awaiting December 22, the day when the movie hits cinema halls, with utmost excitement.

However, there was another movie set to clash with ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ which has been pushed ahead. The movie in question is an Hollywood one, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson-starrer ‘Jumanji’.

Dwayne is considered to be one of the highest paid actors in the world. He too enjoys huge fan following globally and his movies are adored by the Indian audiences equally. As the trailer of ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ was breaking the Internet, the production house that is presenting ‘Jumanji’ in India decided to push the release by a week. A press release with a new date was hence sent out. Does this mean that the presenters of ‘Jumanji’ decided to take a step back looking at the response the trailer got? So now, their movie will hit the screens post Christmas and that gives them a week to avoid the clash with Salman Khan’s Christmas release which is undoubtedly going to turn a blockbuster. Also, we have never really seen movies releasing towards the New Year’s eve as that’s the period when families and friends usually go out for long vacations. So, we wonder how it will impact the film’s box office fate. Anyways, it’s now a clear road for Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif-starrer ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’.
