Aamir Khan can’t stop smiling as he grooves to ‘Papa Kehte Hain’ at daughter Ira Khan’s engagement- WATCH

Aamir Khan and his ex-wife Reena Dutta’s daughter, Ira Khan, got engaged to her long-time boyfriend Nupur Shikhare on Friday. Aamir Khan, Reena Dutta, Kiran Rao, Imran Khan among others attended the engagement ceremony in style. Ira looked beyond beautiful in a red floor-length off-shoulder gown. Nupur looked dapper as he opted for a black tuxedo. Several pictures of Ira and Nupur are going viral on social media.

Having said that, a video of Aamir Khan grooving to the hit song ‘Papa Kehte Hain’ from his film ‘Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak’, at his daughter’s engagement ceremony is going viral.

Aamir has a big smile on his face. The actor, who opted for a beige kurta and matching dhoti, can be seen grooving to the song with his brother Mansoor Khan. Reacting to the post, a fan commented, “So sweet.” Another one commented, “For a second Aamir Khan was unrecognizable.” “That’s so sweet,” wrote a fan.

Aamir Khan, who was last seen in Laal Singh Chaddha alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan, has been keeping a low-profile lately. A few days ago, Aamir attended an event in Delhi and revealed that he is taking a break from acting. The actor said, “When I am doing a film as an actor, I get so lost in that that nothing else happens in my life. I was supposed to do a film after Laal Singh Chaddha called Champions. It’s a wonderful script, a beautiful story, and it’s a very heartwarming and lovely film. But I feel that I want to take a break and be with my family, with my mom, and my kids.” Aamir added that he will be taking some time off to be with his family.

He went on to add, “I am looking forward to the next year, a year-and-a-half in which I am not working as an actor.”

Talking about Ira, for the uninitiated, Nupur proposed to her a few months ago in Italy. Ira had shared the romantic proposal video on Instagram.
