Alia Bhatt reacts on rumors of ‘Shuddhi’ being shelved

Bollywood’s hot shot actor, filmaker, and host Karan Johar’s ‘Shuddhi’ is back in news once again. The movie that has been on a back burner ever since the lead actors Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor opted out, was revived with ang, with Salman Khan signing up to play the lead role.

Things changed when Karan tweeted that, Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt have been signed to play the lead characters, Karan had even posted the release date of the movie. Now there are rumours resounding in Bollywood that Karan’s film has been shelved once again.

When Alia was questioned about it her answer was quite evasive, “I don’t think I am the right person to talk about it. The official announcement should be made by the makers. I can’t say anything that isn’t declared. I am the wrong person. I am just an actor. I just have to say yes or no. How, where and what about the film is the producers call.”
