‘Andhadhun’ is creating havoc in China. Ayushmann Khurrana has wowed China with his riveting and brilliant performance as a blind pianist in Sriram Raghavan’s path-breaking thriller ‘Andhadhun’. Ayushmann has hit a triple century in China – a feat held only by the Khans – Aamir Khan and Salman Khan, in that market. Of course, Ayushmann is thrilled with the love his performance has been receiving.

Talking about the same, Ayushmann said, “It is really overwhelming and at the same time immensely humbling to see ‘Andhadhun’ becoming a 300 crore blockbuster in China. The people of the country have loved our devilishly clever thriller directed by one of India’s finest film-makers Sriram Raghavan and the credit goes to him for his vision to redefine the thriller genre.

Ayushmann is ecstatic about the film making our country’s cinema garner more global recognition. “‘Andhadhun’ is making India proud and I’m delighted to contribute in this huge cinematic moment for India. It feels great to be appreciated for your hard work not just in India but also in China. They have really showered a lot of appreciation for my craft and I just can’t thank them enough. I wish I get the chance to travel to China soon and meet as many people as possible and just say thank you,” he said.
