Coronavirus has spread globally now. In India, the first Coronavirus infected case was in Kerala. Now it has spread to Delhi. Two local shoe exporters, who had visited Italy last month, were shifted to Delhi’s Safdarjung hospital on March 3 along with their four family members as they are suspected to have got infected with Coronavirus. As the epidemic is spreading like a wildfire, people across the globe are taking precautions to prevent the spread.

Bollywood actor Anupam Kher has asked people to greet each other with ‘Namaste’ instead of shaking hands. He took to his Twitter handle and wrote, “Of late I am being told by lots of people to keep washing hands to prevent any kind of infection. I do that in any case. But also want to suggest the age old Indian way of greeting people called #Namaste. It is hygienic, friendly & centres your energies. Try it.” (sic)
