Anurag Kashyap’s daughter Aaliyah celebrates one year of her relationship with BF Shane; watch video

Aaliyah Kashyap, who is the daughter of filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, is celebrating a year of togetherness with her boyfriend Shane Gregoire. She has mentioned about beau Shane on her Instagram handle, calling him her ‘best friend’ and thanking him for showing her ‘a love like no other’.

Sharing a video montage of her special moments with Shane Gregoire, Aaliyah wrote, “The best 365 days with my best friend that I wouldn’t change for the world. Thank you for loving me unconditionally & showing me a love like no other. I love you forever #1year(sic).”

Fans showered love on the couple. “Omggg congratulations!! you guys are adorable!!!,” one wrote. “Happy 1st anniversary to you both. Loads of love!! Always stay together,” another said. “THE CUTEST COUPLE I’VE EVER COME ACROSS, NO CAP!!! HAPPY ONE YEAR YOU GUYS!!! #shaaliyah,” a third commented. Many also dropped heart and heart-eyes emojis on the post.

Commenting on Aaliyah’s post, Shane wrote, “Awesome 1 year, I love you ?? my Indian queen(sic).”

Aaliyah and  Shane met on a dating app. “On the dating app, I swiped on him first. On Hinge, it’s like, you swipe on them and then there is a like section where you can see who has liked you. And then, you can either like them back or ignore it. So he liked me back and we spoke,” Aaliyah had said in a video, posted on her YouTube channel.

Aaliyah is a social media influencer and shares her life updates through vlogs. She often shares loved-up pictures with beau Shane as well. Anurag and Aarti had tied the knot in 1997, however, the couple got divorced in 2009. Despite the separation, both continued to maintain cordial relations with each other. In 2013, the director married actress Kalki Koechlin. But his second marriage too didn’t last for long and they got separated in 2015.
