Deepika Padukone gets mobbed; a woman snatches the actress’ purse in viral video

Deepika Padukone is one of the most loved actresses in Bollywood. She has an army of fans who would do anything to get a glimpse of her and that is why Deepika is so often mobbed by her fans on the street. Last night, Deepika was spotted leaving a restaurant when she was mobbed and a woman even tried to snatch her purse.

Deepika was seen wearing black denims and a white top that she paired with a white and grey tie-dye jacket. Deepika did not seem to mind the crowd as she walked through with a bright smile. But things got out of hand when a woman almost got into the actress’ face to sell tissues. Deepika tried to still be on her way but the woman snatched her bag leaving everyone shocked. Deepika managed to pull her purse back with the help of the guards and finally got in the car.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Deepika was last seen in Meghna Gulzar’s next Chhapaak and she will be seen in Sahkun Batra’s untitled next alongside Ananya Panday and Siddhant Chaturvedi. She will also make an appearance in the sports drama 83 that stars her husband Ranveer Singh. Apart from that Deepika will shared screen space again with Shah Rukh Khan in Pathan that also stars John Abraham.
