Veteran actor Dharmendra celebrated his 88th birthday on Friday (December 8) with his family members. Hema Malini shared a bunch of photos from Dharmendra’s birthday celebrations. In one of the photos, Hema Malini is seen planting a sweet kiss on Dharmendra’s cheek. In other photos, Dharmendra is seen posing with daughters Esha and Ahana.

On the other hand, Dharmendra shared a video thanking his fans for all their love and blessings. The veteran actor says, “Doston har jagah se, gaon se, aise pyaare pyaare tohfe aaye hai, safa aya hai, pehen kar dekh raha hoo main kaisa lagta hoon. Isme pyaar hi pyaar hai. Bahot acha lagta hoon aur sab apka pyaar jo aaya hain. Jeete raho jis tarah se aap pyaar de rahe ho aapke jee jaan se pyaar deta hoon main. Okay, I love you. (Friends, I have received such sweets gifts from everyone, including a turban. I am wearing it to see how I look in it. It comprises immense love. Stay blessed and I appreciate your love, and I am giving it back to you with all my heart).”
The veteran actor captioned his post as, “Friends, love you all for your loving response on 88th birthday.” How sweet is that!
Earlier on Friday, Dharmendra celebrated his birthday by cutting a cake.
On the work front, Dharmendra last delivered a stellar performance in Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. He played the role of Ranveer Singh’s grandfather in the film. His terrific act and chemistry with Shabana Azmi won fans’ hearts. For the uninitiated, Dharmendra and Shabana Azmi shared a sweet kiss in RARKPK and it grabbed attention back then. The Karan Johar directorial also starred Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Jaya Bachchan, Tota Roy Chowdhury, Kshitee Jog, and Anjali Anand.
