Legendary actor Dharmendra is celebrating his 88^th birthday today. And just like every year he celebrated the occasion with fans. The actor had cut a giant 7-tier cake amid the fans and his son Sunny Deol joined him. The father-son duo were all smiles as they were overwhelmed by the love.

The photos of Dharmendra joyfully cutting the cake are going viral on the internet. In the pictures, the actor was seen in a brown-coloured shirt paired with black pants and a matching hat. Sunny Deol, who stood next to him, wore a blue shirt with beige pants. The giant cake has throwback pics of the actor with rose adorned on it. During the birthday celebration, fans of Dharmendra showered the veteran actor with flower petals while singing the birthday song. Sunny Deol fed his father a small piece of the multi-tiered cake brought by fans.

Family wishes Dharmendra

As the actor rang in his 88^th birthday, his children- Sunny, Esha and Bobby shared adorable posts wishing their dearest daddy. Talking about the Gadar 2 actor, he shared pictures with dad Dharmendra enjoying a beverage amid the scenic mountains and radiating joy. In the caption, he wrote, “Happy Birthday Papa Love You.” Sunny’s half-sister and Hema Malini’s daughter also dropped adorable glimpse of the father-daughter moment. “Happy birthday my darling papa love you.. I pray for you to always be happy, healthy & strong I just love you so much,” she wrote alongside the post. While Animal actor Bobby Deol shared a pic kissing his daad and wrote, “Love you the most Papa. Blessed to be your son!”
