Sushant Singh Rajput’s death was indeed a tragic incident. It is an irreparable loss not only for his family but for the entire industry. After his death, there cropped up many theories like nepotism, groupism, insider-outsider and what not. There is a discourse that the industry is currently going through. The discourse could have been better if handled with maturity but seeing at the situation, there is a cacophony going on.

When we asked Divya Dutta if a civil discourse was possible, she said, “Bohot sare situations ideal hote hain par nahi ho pate hain. Uske bohot sare reasons hote hain. Ek baat shuru hoti hain aur phir fehelte fehelte jo mudda hota hain woh wahi reh jata hain aur baat circus ban jati hain. That is totally unfortunate.”

She added, “Sushant was one of the most talented and promising stars that we had and it’s extremely sad what has happened and we lost such a gem of a person. Main sabse ye iltija zaroor karna chahungi ki ‘sirf itna sikhe ki aapne aas pass hum sensitive ho jaye’. Hum log jo hain baatein kar lete hain lekin execute nahi kar pate hain. Toh agar koi baat kar raha hain, koi aana chahta hain industry main, agar aap madaat nahi kar sakte toh atleast don’t ignore somebody and just be sensitive to them.”
