Emraan Hashmi kick starts Shah Rukh Khan’s web series ‘Bard Of Blood’

A few months back Netflix had announced that Emraan Hashmi has joined the cast of Netflix’s series ‘Bard Of Blood’. Produced under Shah Rukh Khan‘s Red Chillies Entertainment, the series is an adaption of author Bilal Siddiqi’s book ‘The Bard Of Blood’.

Emraan started shooting for the series yesterday. Red Chillies Entertainment’s Gaurav Verma took to Twitter to make the announcement. He wrote, “Big day! 18 months of hard work faces the camera today.. 1st day of #BardofBlood shoot @emraanhashmi #ribhudasgupta @sobhitaD @IamKirtiKulhari @ItsVineetSingh @mayankis and my partners in this journey #yogendramogre @BilalS158 thank you @RedChilliesEnt @NetflixIndia and @iamsrk”

Replying to Verma’s tweet, Shah Rukh Khan wrote, “This is one of the most exciting stuff Red Chillies & ur team is doing my man. Love to u all.”

In this web series, Emraan will be playing Kabir Anand. Earlier expressing his happiness to be a part of the series, Emraan had posted, “‘To be, or not to be’… The answer is to be. Ready ‘to be’ Kabir Anand. Excited to be a part of this thrilling journey !!”
