Imran Khan is ready for an acting comeback and it’s all in your hand, here’s how

Imran Khan made an impressive acting debut with the romantic comedy Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na. The actor played the role of Jay and instantly won hearts. Post Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, Imran went on to appear in many movies like Delhi Belly, I Hate Luv Storys, Break Ke Baad, Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, Matru Ke Bijli Ka Mandola. His last movie was Nikkhil Advani’s Katti Batti. It’s been more than seven years and his fans are waiting for him to make a comeback. And well, Imran might finally return to acting.

Imran Khan hints at his acting comeback

The actor recently hinted at a comeback to Bollywood. On Tuesday, a fan commented on veteran actor Zeenat Aman’s Instagram post saying, “Zeenat ji ne bhi comeback karlia, patani mera @imrankhan kab karega.” Imran responded to the comment, “Chalo Aditi, let’s leave this to the internet… 1M likes, and I’ll make it happen (shake hands emoji).”

Reacting to Imran’s post, a fan commented, “hojayenga baad mai palatna mt (smile emoji) (If it happens, stick to it).” Another one commented, “i hope this ain’t a joke!!!“

He even took to his Instagram Stories and wrote, “Taking notes on how to make a comeback from Zeenat ji.” After taking a break from acting, Imran made a comeback as a director in 2018, helming the short film Mission Mars: Keep Walking India, but disappeared again.

In an ealier interview with Bollywood Bubble, Genelia Deshmukh had teased the much-anticipated comeback of her Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na co-star Imran. The actress had said, “I suppose he has taken a break but you never know what form he will come back in. It’s nice to meet him, whenever I meet him it’s an interesting conversation.”
