John Abraham’s JA Entertainment Renews Bandra Property Lease For 2 Years

The agreement, finalised on February 6, 2026, locks in the property for two years at a monthly rent of Rs 12 lakh.

The apartment sits in Supreme ArtVeda and offers a RERA carpet area of 3,158 sq ft. In addition, it includes a balcony measuring 97.62 sq ft, taking the total usable space to 3,255.75 sq ft. As part of the deal, the firm paid a security deposit of Rs 66 lakh. The agreement also includes a rent escalation clause, which increases the monthly rent to Rs 12.5 lakh after the first year.

Interestingly, this isn’t the first time the actor has leased the same property. Back in 2023, he rented the apartment for Rs 11 lakh per month, with Bajaj Builders listed as the landlord. This latest renewal reflects a standard increase in line with current market trends.

Meanwhile, queries have been sent to JA Entertainment regarding the transaction. The report will be updated once a response comes in. At the time of publishing, the actor remained unavailable for comment. Pali Hill in Bandra continues to rank among Mumbai’s most exclusive residential pockets. The area attracts high-profile residents and commands premium real estate prices. In fact, it has seen several big-ticket deals in recent months.

The office, located in One Lodha Place, spans 731 sq ft and includes one parking space. The agreement involved a security deposit of Rs 17 lakh.

Earlier this year, Shraddha Kapoor also renewed the lease of her Juhu apartment for one year, starting at a monthly rent of Rs 6 lakh. Overall, Bandra, especially Pali Hill, continues to remain a hotspot for celebrity real estate activity, with top names consistently investing in or leasing premium properties in the area.
