Kiran Rao has returned to the director’s seat after a gap of 12 years with Laapataa Ladies. The movie is produced by her ex-husband Aamir Khan and the two are promoting the movie with enthusiasm. After holding screenings in multiple cities, Aamir and Kiran hosted a star-studded screening of Laapataa Ladies in Mumbai which was attended by celebs like Salman Khan, Sunny Deol, and Kajol, among others.

Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao were pictured together on the red carpet last night. Kiran Rao was her usual stunning self in a yellow saree, while Aamir Khan complemented her in a black outfit. For the unversed, Aamir and Kiran tied the knot in 2005 and announced seperation in 2021. They co-parent son Azad and support during professional endeavours.
Aamir’s close friend and actor Salman Khan arrived with swag at the event. He looked dapper in his signature blue denim pants that he paired with a plain black t-shirt. Khan layered it up with a checked formal jacket. He was seen entering the venue with his entourage of bodyguards.
Aamir’s Fanaa co-star Kajol turned up the glam quotient as she appeared instyle at the red carpet. Kajol looked every bit stunning in a green and grey outfit. She completed the look with cool sunglasses.
The event was all the more special with Sharman Joshi and Aamir Khanaka Raju and Rancho posing together. The two featured in blockbuster film 3 Idiots and seeing them together was undoubtedly a mini reunion.
Popular singer Himansh Kohli was also spotted at the screening. He opted for casual look.
