Megastar Rajinikanth shared a video message, for legendary singer SP Balasubrahmanyam, wishing him a speedy recovery. The singer had tested positive for Covid-19 and later admitted to hospital. It was earlier reported that he was shifted to ICU and put on life support. But the latest updates state that the singer is out of danger.

Rajinikanth took to his twitter handle and shared a video expressing his happiness that the veteran singer is out of danger.

According to ANI report, in the video message posted by Rajinikanth, he is heard saying in Tamil, “SP Balasubramaniam has sung in most Indian languages for more than 50 years. He has been infected with corona. I am happy that he is out of danger now. I pray to god and wish for his speedy recovery. Get well soon dear Balu sir(sic).

Earlier talking about his father’s health condition, the singer’s son SP Charan had told India Today, “Thanks a lot for all your concern and enquiries about my father’s health. He is in ICU under ventilation. His condition is stable. Don’t believe rumours. We will keep you updated about his progress regularly. Thanks again.”
