Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s estranged wife Aaliya accuses him of ‘rape’ and ‘cheating’ in her written complaint

Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his brother Shamas have been in the news for all the wrong reasons after the former’s wife, Aaliya Siddiqui (She now writes her original name Anjana Anand Kishore Pandey) had sent him the legal notice. She even said in many interviews that Nawaz even raised his hands on her, his family had mentally and physically tortured her and Shamas had even hit her.

Now, as per a report in Zoom, Nawaz’s estranged wife has filed a written complaint against him at the Versova police station. She accused the actor of ‘rape’ and ‘cheating’ in her complaint.

Shamas Siddiqui is said to be absconding since a week and police are reportedly chasing him.

After filing the complaint, Aaliya’s lawyer issued an official statement that read, “My client had submitted a detailed written complaint to Versova Police Station for Rape, Cheating and Deceitfully causing cohabitation by inducing her a belief of lawful marriage, under sections 375, 376 (k), 376 (n), 420 and 493 of the Indian Penal Code against Mr Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Hopefully, the F.I.R will be registered soon.”

Nawazuddin Siddiqui is yet to respond to the written complaint.
