EXCLUSIVE: Paramvir Singh Cheema Jokes He’s Taller Than Kriti Sanon; Manifests Reuniting With Tere Ishk Mein Co-Star In A ‘Love Story’

After earning praise for his roles in Tere Ishk Mein and Border 2, the actor is now gearing up for his upcoming project Sapne Vs Everyone. While promoting the same, in an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Bubble, Paramvir opened up about his experience working with Kriti Sanon and revealed that he would love to collaborate with her again, sparking interest among fans. Paramvir Singh Cheema reflected on their on-screen chemistry in Tere Ishk Mein. When asked whether height played a factor during filming, he responded with humour. “Kriti se toh lamba hi hu mai, Kriti is 5’10 I think 5’9-5’10, she is very tall toh usko toh bohot accha lag raha tha ki ‘Param yaar ek same woh laga,’ aur humne ek baari baat bhi ki thi maine ek interview mein ki logo ne bola ki ‘tumhari love story na hume waha pe aur dekhni thi,’ Toh mai bolna chahta hu ki Kriti aur mai ek love story karte hai toh dekhe dobara,” he said, drawing laughter from those present.

Actor Vijayant Kohli, who was also part of the interaction, jokingly added, “Param ke nanhe arman hai ye.”

However, Paramvir also admitted that his journey with Tere Ishk Mein did not begin with instant conviction. In an earlier conversation with Bollywood Bubble, he revealed that when he read the script for the movie, he wasn’t totally convinced, “Toh maine kaha ek baar script padh loon ki kya hai mere liye usme. Toh jab maine padha toh I was not very convinced.”

Despite initial hesitation, the experience turned out to be a defining one. He spoke warmly about working with both Kriti and Dhanush. “Matlab itna bada project aur itne bade stars ke saath kaam karna, pressure toh obviously aa jata hai. Sochta tha kaisa mahaul hoga, Kriti kaisi hai, Dhanush kaise behave karte hain. Mere most scenes Kriti ke saath hi hain. Par jab set pe gaya, sab alag nikla. Kriti was so friendly, main sab baat kar sakta tha. Dhanush sir bohot calm the. Main side mein baitha tha toh unhone khud bola, ‘Come sit here.’ Doosre din hi mera pressure nikal gaya. Sab frank ho gaye. Anand sir set ko itna chilled out rakhte hain ki shoot ka pressure feel hi nahi hota,” he shared, praising director Aanand L. Rai for maintaining a relaxed atmosphere on set.

Through these reflections, Paramvir highlighted both the challenges and rewards of working on a large-scale film. At the same time, his wish to reunite with Kriti Sanon adds a hopeful note for fans who enjoyed their pairing.
