Actress Preity Zinta, who is all set to make her Bollywood comeback with Batwara 1947, has found a new home in Mumbai. As per a media report, months after offloading two premium properties in Bandra’s Pali Hill neighborhood, the actress has now signed a two-year lease for a new apartment in the same upscale locality. Preity Zinta Rents Luxurious Apartment In Pali Hill, Mumbai
As reported by Hindustan Time – via documents accessed by CRE Matrix, Preity Zinta has signed a leave-and-license agreement for a luxurious apartment in the Art Veda building in Bandra’s Pali Hill vicinity. According to the report, the apartment is around 1,500 sq ft and includes a 100 sq ft parking space. The property has been leased from MS Union Land and Building Society Ltd under an agreement that came into effect on May 27, 2026.
As per the agreement, the monthly rental is Rs 6 lakh for the first 12 months. This will then increases to Rs 6.5 lakh per month for the remaining 12 months. The transaction also includes a security deposit of Rs 27 lakh. At the time of going online, neither Preity Zinta nor the landlord were available for comments.
Preity’s Real Estate Portfolio
Over the last several months, Preity Zinta offloaded two premium properties in Bandra’s Pali Hill. Earlier this year, the actress sold an apartment for ₹18.50 crore. According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, that apartment was allotted to Zinta in April 2025 following the redevelopment of her old building.
In November 2025, she sold a 1,474 sq ft apartment on the 11th floor of the Rustomjee Parishram building for over Rs 14 crore. In the transaction registered on March 2, 2026, Zinta sold another 1,770 sq ft apartment on the same floor of the building. The property was purchased by Priya Nagar and Rajeev Nagar – US citizens of Indian origin. The deal involved a stamp duty payment of ₹1.11 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
