Priyanka Chopra shows her support towards Sonu Sood’s free education appeal

Sonu Sood has literally been there for every common man since the pandemic has hit this country. From travel facilities for the daily wagers to medical supplies, he has helped out with all of it. Sonu was standing strong against the first wave of Covid-19 and he has come out again to fight the second wave as well. Apart from his constant support, Sonu was recently seen appealing to the government to help children who have been affected by Covid-19 by providing them free education. Looks like he already has the support of Priyanka Chopra. PeeCee was all praise for Sonu as she showed her support.

Priyanka took to her Instagram account and sharing Sonu’s video she called him a visionary philanthropist as she supported his appeal for free education for children affected by Covid-19. She wrote, “Have you heard of visionary philanthropists? My colleague @sonu_sood is one such. He thinks and plans ahead. Think this one out carefully because the impact is long-term and it involves children—amongst the many horror stories of the pandemic, this is regarding those children who have lost one or both parents due to COVID-19. The disruption, for many, sadly leads to a complete stop in their education due to the combination of loss and economic factors due to that loss.”

She also wrote that Sonu inspired her as this is a ‘critical observation’ PeeCee further wrote, “In typical Sonu style, he has also thought of a solution and come up with some suggestions for action.” Further showing her support Priyanka wrote, “I fully support Sonu’s ideas and I will actively work towards finding ways to support education because I have always believed that #educationforeverychild is a birthright. And we cannot as a society let the virus change that.(sic)”
