Poorna

Rahul Bose’ ‘Poorna‘ has been receiving accolades from all corners. The critics have loved the film and even the celebrities have been praising it to the core. Following this, there’s one more reason for team ‘Poorna’ to rejoice.

As per reports, ‘Poorna’ has now been declared as tax free in states like Maharashtra, Bangalore and Hyderabad. The film that narrates the inspiring story of Malavath Purna, the youngest girl to climb Mt Everest, ‘Poorna’ seems to be on the path to victory already.

Rahul Bose, who is also a part of this film, said, “After getting tax exemption from Telangana, Karnataka and Delhi, basically Hyderabad, Bangalore and Delhi. I was fixated on getting tax exemption for ‘Poorna’ from Maharashtra because this my home state, my mother was Maharashtrian and I have lived in Bombay all my life. It is unbelievable, incredible and so fulfilling that we managed to get tax exemption before the film’s release. This is something that is rare. I would like to thank Govt of Maharashtra for the appreciation and the love they have shown for the film, we promise not to let them down with the release.”
